- VNIS created the PHOENIX program to help Ukrainian farmers minimize potential weather-related risks.
- The PHOENIX program allows Ukrainian agricultural producers to receive compensation for the loss of winter rapeseed crops due to adverse weather conditions in 100% of the sown area.
Reasons to choose VNIS rapeseed hybrids and join the PHOENIX program
To participate in the program, you need to purchase VNIS TM rapeseed in quantities of 10 sowing units or more between July 1, 2024, and September 15, 2024.
The VNIS hybrids eligible for the program include Redstone, Blackstone, Hulk, Thunder, Parker, Torus, and Maybach (2024 harvest)
- Seed Sowing Certificate (must be completed by September 24, 2024)
- Label attached to the seed bag
- Act on the Condition of Crops before winter (must be prepared by December 20, 2024), including photo documentation

- Certificate for Hybrid Seeds
An Act on the Condition of Crops before winter must be conducted in the presence of a representative from VNIS (official representative office and/or official distributor)

Contact the manager of the VNIS (official representative office or distributor) if you have circumstances that qualify you for compensation, and provide him with the necessary documents by March 31, 2025, inclusive
Receive compensation in the form of sunflower or corn hybrid seeds from VNIS selection, harvested in 2023 and 2024. The price is UAH 1.14, including VAT. This compensation is intended to cover the quantity needed to reseed the area of winter rapeseed that was lost due to adverse weather conditions.
