Zoria Ukrainy is the first Ukrainian winter spelt variety developed by VNIS and officially entered into the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine in 2012. The variety is adapted to cultivation in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia regions of Ukraine, combining stable yields, high protein and gluten content, and excellent performance under both conventional intensive and organic farming systems.
