The PHOENIX 2.0 program was developed by VNIS to support Ukrainian agricultural producers and reduce the risks associated with adverse weather conditions. In the event of loss of winter rapeseed crops due to weather factors, the program provides 100% compensation for the sown area.

How to participate in the PHOENIX 2.0 insurance program?

Buy rapeseed

Purchase TM VNIS winter rapeseed seeds between July 1, 2025, and September 15, 2026, in quantities of 10 planting units or more.

The report on the condition of crops before the onset of winter is drawn up in the presence of a representative of VNIS (official representative and/or official distributor).

Contact the VNIS manager

Contact the manager of VNIS (official representative/official distributor) in the event of circumstances entitling you to compensation and provide them with the necessary documents by March 31, 2026 inclusive.

Receive compensation

Receive compensation. Compensation means the purchase of sunflower hybrid seeds or corn hybrid seeds from the 2023, 2024, and 2025 harvests selected by VNIS at a price of UAH 1.14 including VAT in the amount necessary to replant the area of winter rapeseed that was lost due to weather conditions.
